Assemblyman David Rible

Assemblyman David Rible represents the 11th Legislative district encompassing part of Monmouth County. He is currently serving his first term in the General Assembly. He attended Brookdale Community College and Seton Hall University and is a graduate of the New Jersey State Police Academy as well as the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice Academy. Assemblyman Rible is a former Wall Township Police Officer where his duties included patrolman, hostage negotiator, crime prevention officer and forensic specialist before retiring from active service in 1998. He also is a past president of Wall Township P.B.A. Assemblyman Rible owns and is president of a Wall Township based locksmith business, Dr. Lock Incorporated, and is 1 of only 29 in the world to hold the title of Certified Forensic Locksmith. Assemblyman Rible is also a member of the Union Fire Company in Belmar, where he has previously served as President, as well as Captain. Prior to becoming an assemblyman, he was a member of the Wall Township Planning Board from 2000-2007. Assemblyman Rible serves on the Homeland Security and State Preparedness and Law and Public Safety Committees.
